For piecework I'll charge by the item. For example, you send me 10 pictures, I'll crop, enhance, re-size, and publish them for a by-item price.

Some projects are obviously open ended. If we can, I'll charge a fixed price for specific deliverables. I'll bill my time for open ended work.
